How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility requirements above, you can request a refund by:

Refund Processing

Failed Video Generations
Please note that this Refund Policy is separate from our credit refund policy for failed video generations:
- If a video generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account
- This automatic credit refund does not affect the monetary refund policy described above

- Refunds are ONLY available if you have NOT used any of the purchased/subscribed credits
- Once you use even a single credit, no refund will be provided
- If you are unsure about our service, we recommend starting with a smaller credit package
