You are not eligible for a refund if:

• You have used any of the purchased credits (remaining balance is less than the purchased amount)

Key Point: Even if you use just 1 credit from your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you meet the eligibility requirements above, you can request a refund by:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Once a refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account

Please note that this Refund Policy is separate from our credit refund policy for failed video generations:

• If a video generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account
• This automatic credit refund does not affect the monetary refund policy described above

• Refunds are ONLY available if you have NOT used any of the purchased/subscribed credits
• Once you use even a single credit, no refund will be provided
• If you are unsure about our service, we recommend starting with a smaller credit package
